Dear Sacha,
We just wanted to say thank you for your expertise in teaching us in how to 'listen' to our new little staffy cross rotty?. All your advice made so much sense, and when put into practice has resulted in a well behaved dog. Thank you also for talking to us Monday night (public holiday) and helping us with our puppy's crying at night. After doing what you suggested she didn't cry / bark every few hours like all the other nights. It was such a relief!
Having now experienced 'dog listening' I wouldn't bring a dog up any other way. We can not thank you enough.

All I can say is Wow.. Our 14 gorgeous month old border collie has been anxious and has loved to bark ever since we got her as a pup. We tried everything that the vet, our friends and the internet told us but the
barking would only stop temporarily, then the neighbours would start complaining again.
Then a friend recommended I call Sacha and the relief I felt after just talking to her was huge. She came and met Josie and Josie responded so well that we knew it was going to work. After only a little over a week, Josie is now much calmer, is barking a lot less and we are well on our way to becoming her chosen pack leaders. I even get cuddles now, which I never have before!

Our dog weighs 58kg at 12 mths. Like any puppy, she is very excitable which is fine at half her size but not
at 58kg! We seemed to spend our time yelling "Ruby NO" (just ask our neighbours!). It was impossible to w walk her and she refused to come when called.
A friend recommended Sacha and the results have been nothing less than extraordinary. We quickly learnt that we were the ones that needed training on how to be leaders to our dog. Now Ruby actually listens to us. We can take her for walks, knowing she is not going to pull us over when she sees another dog or person. In my opinion, Sacha is the Dog Whisperer of Brisbane and I cannot recommend more highly. She's a great girl, says it how it is, gives loads of advice and most importantly, gets the results and fast!

I heard about Dogease through a friend. With a new baby I was keen to get out walking but felt guilty every time as w we would leave our gorgeous Labrador at home. My neighbour's new dog was driving me insane - barking intermittently through the night and at me whenever I'd go to hang out the washing. I'd heard about dogease through my friend and so gently hinted to my neighbour that they should give Dogease a try. Sure enough they did and I'm back to having restful nights and enjoying my own backyard again. Yay!

We would just like to Thank You for your help. I had no idea what we where doing was causing all the problems, o once you explained everything it just made perfect sense, and to know we can do it in a way that doesn't hurt or c scare our dog (as some of the advise in the past was to do just that) makes us feel we can really help her. We have s seen changes already and it has made us even more determind to keep it up and follow though for the sake of our d dogs happiness. We truly love her and it was very upsetting seeing her so stressed. Now we love her even more as h her true personality has really started to shine though and what a joy she is. Thank you for all your help and advice with Alfie. Within 3 days of your visit he ate all of his morning food which he had never previously done in the all time we have had him (approximately 8 months at the time). In addition, your advice on barking meant that we have been able to take off his scented bark collar and leave him in the courtyard during the day. When he has barked when we have been at home he has reacted positively to your technics.
We have noticed that he is generally calmer and more receptive to instructions.
Finally, the advice to his sleeping routine at night has worked wonders. Previously he would wake us up at about 3am on a daily basis but now he puts himself to bed when he is tired and sleeps through to when we wake up without making any noise.

HI Sacha,
I just wanted to thank you SO MUCH for your guidance. Previously we had NO IDEA how to handle a brand new puppy & we were just trying the best we could to struggle through all of her puppy teething issues as this was our first puppy we were sure that she would just grow out of it & it would all just be a phase. However when she started to get worse & worse & started getting MUCH stronger as she grew we realised that we needed some professional guidance before she grew into a fully grown puppy who knew how to be an Alpha dog who ruled the pack.
We noticed SUCH a difference in Piper after your visit. You were completely right that she started testing her boundaries again after you left but we supported each other in sticking with your rules to the letter and she relaxed eventually after MUCH persistence & biting.
We can quite confidently say that if we stick to the guidelines you have given us we will have a very happy household free of all of the puppy teething issues we were previously experiencing & we will continue to recommend you to anyone who will listen to us.
